形態特徵

• Basal stems decumbent, rooting, weaked, 10–15 cm high. Sterile branches erect, slender branched, densely leafy, 2–8 cm long, the leaves 4-whorled, spreading.
• Floriferous branches ascending, loosely leafy, up to 20 cm long, the leaves very long and narrow, short-spurred, linear-lanceolate, subterete, 5–20 mm long.
• Flowers sessile, spreading along the slender, long peduncles; bracts lanceolate, subobtuse at apex, 3–4 mm long; sepals 5, blunt spurred, lanceolate, subobtuse at apex, unequal in length, 3.2–5 mm long; petals 5, lanceolate, subobtuse and short mucronate at apex, 5–6 mm long, golden yellow; stamens 10, 4–5 mm long; anthers narrow, reddish; glands spathulate-subquadrate, emarginate at apex, thick, 1 x 0.8 mm, yellow; young carpels turgid, 5 mm long.

物候

Flower and fruit periods from May to June.

• 世界 : Mexico and America.
